Decision quality & process learning
The feedback loop of the investment process: every decision review scored on process vs. outcome, conviction calibrated against realized results, lessons accumulated into a searchable library, and outcome-attribution reports. This is how manager-selection skill compounds.

Decision-quality matrix
process vs. outcome, one point per reviewComplete decision reviews to populate the matrix. Separating process quality from outcome quality is how we avoid judging decisions by luck.
Conviction calibration
Mean review outcome score by the conviction (1–5) recorded when the decision was made. If higher conviction doesn’t earn better outcomes, conviction isn’t carrying information.
Needs decisions with a recorded conviction and at least one completed review.

Outcome-attribution reports
New reportBundle a period’s decisions into a report to compare expected vs. realized results and attribute what drove the difference.
